An easy way to improve your physical health and mental well-being is to spend at least 2 hours per week outdoors. You can spend time in your yard, a park or other public lands. Your time outdoors can include "forest bathing" (sitting and enjoying the outdoors), outdoor exercise, gardening, picnics, swimming, bicycling or anything else you enjoy. My personal favorites are walking, hiking, trail running, climbing and gardening. -Dr Eon
