How to improve physical and mental health
An easy way to improve your physical health and mental well-being is to spend at least 2 hours per week outdoors. You can spend time in your yard, a park or other public lands. Your time outdoors can include "forest bathing" (sitting and enjoying the outdoors), outdoor exercise, gardening, picnics, swimming, bicycling or anything else you enjoy.
